Pralad is a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical Engineering department at Clemson University. He started his Master’s degree at Clemson focusing as an Electronics Manufacturing engineer and later converted it to a Ph.D. in Photovoltaics and battery-based DC power networks. During his doctorate degree, he has published 13 research publications attaining two international conference awards. He has been a graduate supervisor to multiple Creative Inquiry projects at Clemson University. His contribution to the ETS group involves prototyping and testing for IoT and sensor-based devices. He has also been an active part of the design and development cycle of the products. Pralad believes that the products developed at the ETS group have the potential to make an impact on the global sensor industry.
